6. Failed Deliveries & Returns to Origin (RTO)

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the package may be returned to us. Reshipping charges will apply. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In rare cases of lost/damaged shipments, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange replacement or refund.
